DDR4 or DDR3 with huge fan

Im torn between these two cards... is DDR4 way better than DDR2 and 3?
the HIS card has a fan great for overclocking. Just want some input. Oh price for the two where im from are identical.

Hi Vince welcome to the forums,

From personal experiance i would say the His card is the better of the two. The differance between DDR3 and 4 isnt that big of an issue.
I have owned 3-4 IceQ cards from His and they were all quality products.
The memory clock is slightly up on the His card as well, so theoretically it will be that faster anyway.
