DDR4 RAM Frequency

Recently built my PC- everything is peachy except for one minor detail.
i have corsair vengeance rgb 16gb DDR4 3000mhz
when i go into the corsair link 4 to monitor my devices the RAM frequency is only showing 1.7mhz-- im a little concerned but idk if i should be???

Corsair link shows Ram frequency? Are you sure about that? Give us a printscreen.
