I have bought G.SKILL Trident Z 16gb 3200mhz ram but it rans on 2133 by default.. how can i increase it to the advertised speed? (3200mhz) am i losing performance if im at 2133mhz? should i do it ?

In the BIOS, enable D.O.C.P which is the AMD labelling for "XMP", an Intel trademark.
That'll apply the XMP profile (speeds and timings) as per the advertised spec.

Yes, you're losing performance running at 2133MHz opposed to 3200. Exactly how much performance, varies quite dramatically depending on the application, but with a Ryzen CPU, it's substantial.
