ddr5 in pci 2.0

Normally DDR5 graphics cards are of PCIe 3.0 or even PCIe 2.0 in some cases. PCIe 3.0 is straightforward compatible with PCIe 2.0. PCIe 2.0 is enough to handle PCIe 3.0 graphics cards. No performance loss, No lags, that's all. Are you want to say PCIe 2.0?

yes, does this apply even to gddr5

there is no relation between the two actually. the type of memory used on graphic card (be it GDDR3, GDDR5 or whatever they were called) will not going to affect what mobo or slot the GPU will use. for almost a decade GPU has been using PCI-E x16 interface. so as long as your mobo have PCI-E x16 slot (there are also open ended PCI-E x4 slot that can be used by GPU) your GPU will work with it regardless of the version of supported on that mobo although on some cases the mobo might need to get BIOS updates to make it work (this is the case what happen with PCI-E cards with PCI-E 2.1 standard on mobo with PCI-E version 1.1).
