Question Ddr5 of good ddr4

Hey im gonna buy i5-12400f and rx6700xt but i hesitate between ddr5 16gb with h610 motherboard and ddr4 32gb with myb b550 motherboard. What do you think? I think i should go with ddr5 cause myb its better for future and longer duration.

Depends on what you're using your PC for.
If it's gaming - DDR4, especially since you'd have it 32GB.
If number crunching or any other task that requires fast RAM frequency - DDR5. 16GB wouldn't be that much for workstation build. 64GB and now we're talking.

Do note that B550 chipset will not support Intel CPU. B550 chipset is AMD chipset and supports AMD AM4 socket CPUs.

For i5-12400F, you need to have Intel 600- or 700-series chipset MoBo.
