Question Dead 5900x, any solutions?

Hi, I have a Ryzen 5900x that randomly died in the middle of a game yesterday. It was missing one pin (AZ_BITCLK). It was working fine up until my computer randomly shut down and wouldn't turn back on. Now, when I press the power button, the fans spin for a split second then turn off. I have tried a replacement motherboard and a replacement PSU to no avail. I assume I cannot use AMD's warranty as their is a missing pin.

If the processor came with a missing pin, then, it seems to me that is a defect and worthy of a rma.

If it was you that broke it, that is another matter.

It was loose and bent when I got it, but came off when trying to straighten it.

Try to send it in for rma since it was loose and bent to begin with.
