Dead Card, Need Help Installing New Card.

Hey Everyone,
Was playing overwatch today when my PC crashed. Wouldn't even boot so tried various things, and eventually got the pc to boot when I unplugged my video card (780ti). Went and picked up a 1070 installed it but now when I boot I go into windows Recover. Getting the error "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed."

So I didn't uninstall the previous drivers due to my onboard video only having an hdmi port (all I have are dvi cables at the moment). Just curious if there is a way to get the new drivers installed?

Does the system work fine without the video card still? You said it booted when you unplugged the video card, but then you said you only have DVI cables and your onboard is HDMI, how did you know the system booted properly with no video display working?
