Question "Dead" computer using ethernet?

My computer wont do anything. I cant go to bios and it says no signal. Its somehow using ethernet? What does this mean.

It's possible for OS to boot and run without any video signal.

I wish there was some way I could find the problem and fix it. My computer has been dead for 2 days after overclocking the ram and I dont have extra ram I can plug in and test.

Have you tried a CMOS clear?
Pull the CMOS battery out for 15-20 minutes, then put it back on.

I've tried dual bios, clearing the CMOS in 3 different ways, putting the ram in every possible combination in all of the slots, unplugged everything, tried different monitor cable and input. Nothing is working and I think my cpu is somehow stuck on different settings for ram that I dont have. If the bios was the problem then I think switching over to the other bios would work but it doesnt.
