Dead CPU Mobo or psu?

Hello I spilled some water on my PC while it was on, it shut down, I unplugged the PC used a hair dryer then plugged it back on.
The PC turns on fans spin mobo lights up, but the keyboard/mouse/display are not working no beeps so I'd like to know which part is faulty.
My config i7 4770k asus maximus hero vi psu strike-x 1100w.

psu is still alive, cpu is safe under heatsink, it could be mobo or gpu if you have

Got 2 gpus one that was in when the spill happened and a spare tried them both got same problem
