Dead gpu, igpu motherboard what is going on?

Hi i have a problem i have (maybe had is better) i5 6600k asus z170-a sapphire nitro rx 470 8gb, antec hcg 620w kingstone hyperx 2666 mhz 4gb x2 1 seagate and one wd hdd and kingstone ssd now 120gb in nzxt s340. Any way i came back from work and when i turned it on my gpu fans did not spin at all i know pc booted to windows as i did hear the sound. I turned pc off took gpu out reconected dvid to my intel i gpu but found it flicker turn monitor on and off every few sec for few sec. I guess it was amd drivers so i uninstaled and gone into bios just to see it flicker there as well what going on?

Monitor works fine on other pc one cabble (one i used with gpu) it just give cant show 1920x1080 @60 hz message on screen and other one vga i think flickers but after a bit of messing up in bios vga now works fine...

Both GPU and iGPU failing seems highly unlikely. A bad cable or connection to your monitor could be the culprit. I'd try reinstalling the RX 470 again and reinstall drivers.

Pc works fine now i returned gpu back into case noting i had dead gpus before that would flicker or shpw colored lines etc but never one that wont even turn led a and fans on

Btw a month ago i changed one of my bioses silent one using gpu z polaris.... To be able to push mem speeds up to 2250 and changed timings it worked fine but had crush (pc would restart every 2-3 days) i did swap back bios to normal and used it that way for last few days did i breake my waranty?
