[SOLVED] Dead graphics card

I had cheap power supply and i restarted the pc and its not turning on any more but the pc still working if i take the graphics card out and turn it on on the cpu craphics but if the graphics card is in the pc the pc dont work even with cpu graphic only black screen but i can still enter the bios settings with the cpu graphic even when the graphics card is in i have msi r9 380 its light is working and its fans too and i bought new psu from evga with 600w and still nothing!

If a new power supply did not help, next option is that the card went bad, either on it's own or due to your original low quality power supply. Need to test the system with another video card and test your card in another system. You have all power connected to the card correct?
