Hello guys

I was gaming yesterday and my pc crashed mid gaming with a black screen and a buzzing noise, had to restart it manually everything worked fine after the restart till yesterday night when it did the same thing crashed, restarted pic but windows didn't load only a black screen so I thought maybe it was time to format the hard drive and install new win etc, so when I restarted the pc a couple of times the win 8.1 repair popped up I tried to launch first win in safe mode etc but nothing worked so I formatted it via cmd it went to 100% . Restarted pc selected in bios to boot my pc from cd/DVD as I had the win DVD in. But whenever I should get to install it just says reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected device and press a key . Also checked my cables if one of them loosened up but everything seemed fine.

Solution
The problem here is your PC isn't recognising the DVD as a boot device, your hard drive isn't a problem.

Try using a bootable USB with windows 10 and attempt to boot from that, you need access to another computer and minimum 8GB USB to do this
