Hey my WD Black HDD died after a sudden power surge, it was being used at that time, I rebooted my pc and it didn't want to boot with that HDD connected (my windows is on an SSD), i tried plugging it in after booting up and still my system cant read it (reads it as Local Disk D with no space specified, disk management keeps saying connecting to virtual disk service forever.
However, when i booted to bios and tried to browse it via the flash bios utility, and i can see my folders there with no problems.
Any way to recover my files?
