Installed new cooler, PSU and it doesn't boot now. Things I've done Include:
-Tested current PSU (EVGA 650w gold), new PSU (EVGA 1000w plat) both power on and power any peripherals when attached.
-Connected, reconnected, and re-reconnected wires. No power will delivery when the 24pin is connected to the motherboard itself, will power on when i jump it.
-Assumed faulty case power button, jumped the pins no go.
-Tried a bare minimum boot, Heatsink, CPU. 1 or no ram, 4pin speaker nothing.
-Breadboarded, removing all components and reassembling outside of the case for testing and nothing.
-Cleared CMOS, Reset CMOS battery.
Conclusion : RMA time or am i missing something?
