Dead motherboard or CPU ?!

Hi everyone so yesterday when j was playing I noticed high temperature for my CPU i3 2120 even when idle
So I turned it off and carefully removed the fan and the processor
( please notice I haven't removed any cable )
Then used air compressor to blew the dust
After it I placed everything exactly back as it was
Turned on the PC
The PSU fan was working so was my CPU and GPU fan
However I had black screen
And usually led light turn on the keyboard and mouse green and red 🙁

But this time they were dead nothing happens to them
Please help me asap

Either cpu was not correctly installed or you have bent some cpu socket pins in the process or maybe you have killed your pc with electrostatic discharge. A lot of things can happen, if you're not careful.

I just rechecked everything and found it I bent some socket pins 🙁
Well I'm glad it could've been worse

BTW do I have to buy another motherboard Or can I just replace CPU socket?

It might be possible to un-bend those cpu socket pins. But it won't be easy nor fast. Take your time.
If that doesn't work out, then you'll need to get another motherboard.
