Dead motherboard, psu, cpu?

I did something really stupid and plugged in a fan into a molex cable while the pc was on. Now when I start it up, my monitor and periphals do't get any signal. There is a white ez debug led on my motherboard. If someone knows how to fix this I would be very thankful.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:

Rule 101, always power down the system and connect anything you need to connect. Guessing it's a motherboard failure but that'll come up after we've done some troubleshooting with the system.
