Question Dead motherboard?

HI all,

So quite recently i've dug around my house and found an old LGA775 Motherboard with a Core 2 Quad Q8200. I've put it back together, everything powers on, but no display. I've tried everything.

Is it possible that the board has finally kicked the bucket?

Please provide an actual LIST of what you did and what result you got (beep sounde, etc). Also provide the acual product name of mobo and installed parts.

Your image shows that the isolation layer is scraped off, doesn't have to be of any concern - exept somebody might potentially have shorted the card if that was happening during operation - or that the mobo have fallen down or being hit and taken damage from that.

What I've tried:
Resetting CMOS and replacing CMOS battery
Reseating RAM
Reinstalling CPU
Using both iGPU and dedicated GPU
Booting up with nothing attached except the monitor
Switched display cables

There are no POST codes or beeps. I'm not sure about the motherboard. All I know it's a HP motherboard from 2008

Figured out the issue. Was a dead CPU
