Question Dead motherboard??

Hello! Today I tried to turn my PC on after finally completing it, but it didn’t show me my BIOS settings. After a bit, it just suddenly turned off and wouldn’t turn on again anymore. ASRock h310cm-dvs motherboard with a 500w PSU. When I tried to touch the 24pin a bit after trying some troubleshooting, it was pretty hot. Does resemble water damage from something. These are used components?

Motherboard may well be dead.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

CPU, GPU, RAM, disk drive(s)?

Make and model of that 500 Watt PSU? New, refurbished, used? Did you use power cables/connections from other PSUs?

Difficult to tell from the picture but it does look like there is a bit of corrosion there. Had the PSU been used previously with another machine at all?
