Question Dead mSATA data recovery

Hello,
I have a dead mSATA SSD drive with some important data on it.
I mounted it on an adapter. The adapter is recognized by Windows. The mSATA SSD uses a drive letter. I can see it in the Disk Management tool as a Removable drive. But it cannot be accessed. Recovery tools don't even see the drive.
Do I stand a chance?

You're probably out of luck.
This is what a good backup routine is for.

Thanks for additional info. Based on that, @USAFRet is correct. You likely cannot recover anything.

If important enough, you could try a data recovery service. Those are expensive and no guarantee of success.
