My on board graphics died, so I went and bought a PCI-E card and installed it. Of course, now I have to let the BIOS know it's there, but how do I do that with no graphics output to a monitor? Any ideas?

Not always but worth trying I think.

A shop would just try that and if it fails it would replace the motherbd. The fastest solution is the cheapest when you're paying $100/hr tech rate.

Since an add in GPU didn't work for you

- how sure are you that the monitor works?
- Does the pc start up like it normally does? Do you get the Bios beep and the windows startup sounds ?

Do you know if there's some way - again without using a monitor - to get both cards displaying video?
