Dead PC probably due to GPU? Help!

Hi everyone

I've already dealt with this seeming faulty gpu. Some time ago I started experiencing weird chessboard artifacts. Got the pc for a check and the guy did something to the gpu and changed some configs and so far it was running awesome for one or two months.

However, a week ago, it started behaving again. Happened while playing Elite Dangerous, it had some crashes and, one time, I got an error from the game saying some 3d controlling was causing the crashes but it wasn't like that, as it started happening at random times, while doing anyhing but playing, even idling or just playing music.

Thing is... last night it crashed while watching netflix and, today, when I got home, tried to turn the thing on, but it is non-respondant. My pc won't turn on. I've changed the gpu for another super bad one I have in another computer but it's to no use. It won't turn on.

What should I do? 🙁

My pc specs are:

Ryzen 3 1300
16gb corsair ram
Msi b350 mortar arctic mobo
Evga 800w gold psu
Msi 1060 3gb armor
And the other gpu in a Msi Gt 710

Any light would be appreciated!
