Dead pixel? AOC IPS monitor

Hi,

I have an AOC i2269WV monitor. It is a really nice monitor, but I have noticed what appears to be a little black line. It's not too noticeable, but I notice it. At first I thought it was a pen mark, but it is not, it looks like it actually is in the display. I have ran a dead pixel test for 10 minuets without no luck. Any help please? Thanks, Alex

How big is the line? If it's more than just a small square it's probably multiple dead pixels. If there is a group of dead pixels you can usually get a replacement.

It's just a tiny little line, way smaller than a square. I am starting to think it is just maybe a little scratch or maybe a bug got in. Not really gonna other replacing, unless another one comes.

It could be, but a lot of monitors do have a dead pixel or two, it's very common. Unless it is obvious from where you usually sit when using the monitor, it shouldn't be an issue in the future.
