Dead screen and wrong card in dxdiag

So i have problem with my graphics driver. If I install driver that more then 13.4 version i have dead screen after restart. Screen is black like when is turned off,but if I plug in another monitor there is a picture and everything. In dxdiag there is also wrong video card showed and driver version of 12.1 but I installed 13.4.

I tried with windows reinstall,i have deleted gpu drivers also tried with manaull instlation of drivers but its not working,I saw other people with same problem. Is this last working driver for 5000mobiity GPU perhaps?

Mobility = laptop video. You need to use the drivers from the laptop vendor's support site.

Well on amd site there are drivers for mobility gpu so they should work.

If you read the details for the mobile drivers, the reference laptop drivers are not guaranteed to work.
