Dead Striker 5 keyboard

I just bought a used mad catz striker 5 keyboard but the oled display panel does not work, also the second part of the keyboard does not work. By second part I mean the part with the arrow keys and the number pad. If it's not a driver issue is it possible to get this repaired at best buy or some other store? BTW I live in Toronto if you guys have some recommendations on where I could get this fixed. If possible could you guys also give me an estimated price on how much the repair would be? Cheers!

UPDATE: I found out that the port of the number pad side was broken (twisted), would they be able to fix that at the store?
