Dead, stuck, or bright pixel?

I bought my Asus rog swift just over a month ago, and have sadly just now found a defective pixel. This is extremely confusing to me though, because on a black, red, yellow, orange screen, it will show as a very bright green, on a white, dark blue, or other colored image, it'll show as black. What kind of pixel is this, and do you think Asus warranty will allow me to RMA it as it is just 1 defective pixel?

It says if it has even a single bright dot, they may rma or place it, but then below that it says it must have a combined 5. As this is a $1000 screen, I really don't want even 1 dead pixel...

Your not going to get an RMA for just one bad pixel. What's your return policy where you bought it. Take it back if you can. You may have to eat the shipping or restock fee.

Call them and see if they will RMA it. If not, demand that they do. If you got it through newegg, deal with them before ASUS.
