Question Deadpool now lagging but playing smooth at first?

Hi

So i installed deadpool game today and after i played it the first time for around 3 hrs it worked perfectly fine, then i shut the laptop down and tried playing it at night but it keeps lagging now even on charge
My laptop is an hp omen gaming laptop specs below

2.80ghz processor
16gb ram
1050ti nvidia graphics card

Any help appreciated as i really cant understand why it worked well the first time and now keeps lagging

The deadpool 2013 game i downloaded it.
Theres like 250gb still free in my d drive and around 80gb free in my c drive
The game is installed in d drive

Does seem that the pc store you are referring to is either a torrent or other direct download from an anonymous source seeing as Deadpool 2013 has not been purchasable on the pc from Steam since 2014.

We are not authorities here. It does seem that the mentioned store you bought it from might have infected your pc with some sort of malware.

Run Malwarebytes, kaspersky and even Hitman Pro and get back with the scan results.
