Anyone using the supposed $2000+ cost of 3D TVs as their reason for not liking/getting into 3D needs to look at Mitsubishi's line of DLP 3D-ready TVs, like that one above. Full 3D compatibility for less than $1000. Hell, a week ago Tom's even linked to the 60" for $800 with free shipping.

This whole "3D is too expensive for now" confusion needs to end, especially when there are projectors that can do it for even less cost (Viewsonic's $300 and $500 projectors that are 3D ready as well as Optoma/Acer's $700 720p-3D projectors).

Are you kidding? Does anyone even buy DLP TVs? I'll stick with LCD or plasma. I can also do without replacing $150-$300 bulbs every year or so. Don't forget to add that into your tco. Watch out for rainbows....
