[citation][nom]tokencode[/nom]Give me at least 1200 vertical rows... I'm so sick of 1080p on computer monitors, my 12 year old Sony Trinitron supported 2560x1600 and now you can't even find reasonable 1920x1200 displays.[/citation]
Just not going to happen. With the progress of 'HD', they're most likely going to follow the 16:9 format and the 16:10 is a thing of the past. But if the trend is accurate and continues, it will lead to '4k' tech with tons more pixels (enough our current hardware might even be deemed inefficient to push it, especially with people like myself with sensative eye sight who 60Hz causes pain and they want/need to maintain 100+ (Obviously that also means waiting longer for faster refresh capable units too.. weee...))
