Darkness II for such a low price..... that game is what 4 months old? A Metacritic of 77 for the PC version as well. These sort of drastic price drops so soon is really killing any point of buying a game when it is first released. While this may seem like a great thing for the consumer as we adapt to wait for such a huge price decrease this cannot be good for developers and publishers and cause serious financial problems over time.

I wonder if we are heading to another video game collapse like we saw back in the Atari days. With such high budget titles and so few being able to pull a profit something is eventually going to give.
