I am so pissed, how can they sell L4D2 for $49.99 and then sale it a week after release for $39.99 and less for weeks then after. Developers and there swindling is starting to piss me off. Didn't start with you MW2 raising the title $10 more a month before the release to $59.99 either nor will it end with L4D2. Great games, but come ON!

so let me get this straight... you're getting mad because they lowered the price? If you wanted a lower price, why didn't you just wait until the price went down, every game does that eventually... this one just did it sooner. I was waiting for it to hit $30, it did, and I bought it.

well when i bought it at full price on steam (l4d2) i got the bat and the hat but considering how much valve has given the comunity with TF2 they deserve the extra money so it doesn't bother me none!

Yeah they couldve made so much more money off of TF2 but instead just keep putting more and more into it for free. Same with almost all of their games.

As people said, early purchasers always pay a premium.

So you mean the price should go up as time goes by😉

I am waiting until next year when L4D2 is $20, I am thinking about January cause that's when I got the 1st one.

btw, L4FD3 is in the works! L4D1 has a life of 1 year, L4D2 will have a life of 8 months, then L4D4 should be out by 2011.
