Death blue screen

Well i had my os installed in my ssd
Its been 3 months since i bought my laptop and it was working fine
Suddenly today blue screen of death appeared and after that my ssd is not showing
Booted my pc and kept os in hard drive and tired to do all possible solutions to get my ssd working
But it doesnt show in bios as well as in disk management

If it doesn't show in bios its probably dead given your old HD does.
