Hello, I have some trouble with my Windows i guess...

In this video you can see that in my Right Bottom screen, above my Time, date & others. I cant click. I can go to it with my mouse. My clicking on it wont work. So i guess it's something like a death part? Like death pixels. but then for the mouse?

I am using Windows 10 And hope this is fixed ASAP
(No it's not because i am running backgrounds programs) i already closed all once a time.
I Also Re-installed W10 via settings. (So it's done Safe)

Help?

Thanks!

Solution
I don't think that is the right solution. what that means to me is the correct solution is something Microsoft have to do as its a bug they introduced that only effects a few people. I would post about it on the Microsoft forums, even if its just to get their attention to problem. It won't get fixed otherwise and staying on the November version of win 10 to avoid it might not be a good idea going forward.

1607 is latest version of win 10, it deletes all your update history when installed so it cancels your ability to roll back unless you only upgraded to it in last 10 days. If its within 10 days then go to settings/update & security/recovery/roll back to previous version of windows 10.

SFC not finding anything just means your system...
This third time I seen this happen recently. Have you tried updating graphics drivers?

That part of screen is where notification tags appear, I can only think it has something to do with them. go to settings/system/notifications and actions. You may need to turn them all off

Try this:
right click start button
choose command prompt (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter

this scans system files and may fix this behaviour

3 people with same problem since 1607 was released, it must be a driver issue of some sort as I can't find a sniff of it on google

I would post it on tenforums and ask there - they might have an idea of what is causing this. NO point asking Microsoft as you could wait a few weeks before someone answers

Yes I've update my W10. .since then I have this problem, hmmmm.

I also tried to update my GTX 1070. Because their software contains bugs which makes you, you only can play GTA with graphics bugs and low FPS (HEIL MIDDELFINGER Nvidia...)

I'll try The command thing soon. I am in my Smartphone right now. :)

Did that.

Results: C:\WINDOWS\system32>SFC /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>

So,,, Hmm.

@Colif , After you said you've seen it before in Version 1607 . So i deleted that update. Guess what! Fixed.

Please comment back, and say step by step how to delete the 1607 update. and i'll make yours awnser "The Solution'

Solution
This is more of a temporary bandaid, but if you put the task bar at the top of your screen (annoying as that is) you regain the ability to use your whole screen. Its obviously a temporary fix until Microsoft fixes the actual problem.
