So just installed a z490 UD ACX, 10700k, 32 GB Ram

Ran Windows 10 flash-drive installer and deleted all partitions from SSD and installed windows fresh. The installation was speedy and fast.

But now that I am in Windows 10 it is SO FREAKIN SLOW. Opening up any Win settings page, for example "Scalability" can take a minute to open (1 second on previous system) Clicking on a link in a browser, 1 min or more before it goes there.

Any advice appreciated. Panicking because this upgrade took me a long time to save up for.

If you just installed Windows 10 and are connected to the internet, depending on version of Windows 10 that was on the installation media, it may be doing a crap load of updates. I'm not sure how much this will slow down your system but it's worth taking into account.
