deathstalker doesn't work

I had just buy me the "Razer Deathstalker", but it doen't work! When i tried to register the keyboard on Razer synapse 2.0. it only stay "please connect a Razer Synapse 2.0. enabled device", why can't it just work?!

Have you installed the Synapse software that comes with the keyboard?
