I'm looking for a budget laptop, willing to pay around 500$.. So I found a couple, I'll give you the links so it could be more simple.

The only stuff I am interested in comparing are the processors, because the rest are some minor differences. I've done some research myself and I'm coming here to confirm my understanding, because some stuff wasn't so clear on the net.
Dell has the i3 3110M with HD 4000, the others AMD A6-4400M with 7520G graphics. Am I right to say that the Intel based laptop is a faster cpu, but the 7520G has a better graphics performance? If so, is the 7520G MUCH better than the HD 4000? I'm looking for a balance between regular use, and some gaming (not major as these two GPUs aren't meant for that).
