Hi,
I have a 7800 3xd CPU with 7800xt GPU, and i want to upgrade my full HD monitor to a QHD one.
I play only single player games (non competitive games), and also use my computer for day to day browsing.
I narrowed down my options to these 3 monitors from a local store:

aw2724dm - 473$
dell g2724d - 341$
xg27acs - 550$

Ordering from Amazon is not an option at the moment.
I'm willing to pay a the price gap if the xg27acs has better qualities for single player games, but is that really the case?
i don't need USB ports or speakers and if i understand correctly - higher HZ isn't that important either for non competitive games.

I would be happy to hear you advice.

Thanks

From what I've seen the Alienware isn't worth considering at all.

The Dell can be a good choice as it's a very good value display. There is a problem though that there are multiple panels being used so there's a chance your experience would be subpar.

In theory the Asus should be the best of the three as it has the best overall features, but it suffers the same issue as the Dell in that they use different panels. From what I gather this may have been a universal switch in the case of Asus rather than luck of the draw like the Dell.

If the Samsung 27" G50D is available for a reasonable price in your region that may be the way to go as they tend to use their own panels.

Also, the majority of LG Ultragear displays are generally either really decent or very good. Obviously you'd want to look at reviews of any specific model first but most of them are above average or excellent. And fwiw I've not heard of LG pulling any of this bait and switch garbage with their panels.
