Debating Motherboards ASUS Z97M-Plus or Z97M Killer

Right now I'm debating between the ASUS Z97M-Plus or the Z97M Killer which were both recommended to me. They are also both the same price.

This is the highest I'd probably go for a motherboard. So if you guys have any cheaper options that are preferred, that is always welcome.

The Asrock has 8 phases but the Asus only 4 . So , for me Killer motherboard is better
