I've tried using the christitus tool to debloat an iso file i have but it keeps crashing at the end. so is there a reason ? or should i use tiny11 debloating tool? I'm just suffering with performance and i don't know the exact reason so I'll reinstall windows and thought might as well debloat. to have a good start. i cant install regular win11 for that TPM and secure boot aren't on my pc.

You have multiple facets to your thread. I'll focus on this;

Pass on the specs to your system like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Then mention where you've sourced the ISO/installer for the OS.

You've posted your thread in the Windows 10 section but you're asking about Windows 11? Which one is it?

CPU:i5 9400f (operates at normal temps)
CPU cooler: default intel cooler
Motherboard: gigabyte H310
Ram: 16GB
SSD/HDD: ssd:128 /hd:1tb
GPU:1660ti (normal temps)
PSU: Red dragon RGPS 600w (roughly 2 years old)
OS: currently win10 pro
Monitor: msi 1080p 165hz
Bios, i installed the latest bios available on Gigabyte's site.
sorry for the confusion my post made about the OS i want, but i was going to reinstall windows and thought to ask which one is more preferable since i was just troubleshooting but to no solution, my performance while gaming is absolutely intolerable even on old games (2015 releases - 2019), like i know the specs aren't the top but atleast shouldnt produce such performance. i tried tools, reinstalling drivers, disabling background services.
main thing was that cpu usage would be 100% and gpu hovers around 60$
i changed power plans, custom power plans too etc.
