Question Debug Assertion Failed!

I'm attempting to fix my iPhone using the program "Reiboot". I installed it on two different computers and got the same error on both:

I have the option to abort, retry, or ignore. All of which just end the program. I purchased a license to use the program and I haven't been able to get past this error. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried downloading from different sources, made no difference. Any idea what I can do?

contact the software developer.
check the software system requirement, maybe you system don't support it.

Ok, I wasn't sure if there was anything I could do. Thanks for the responses, I appreciate the help!

Do talk to the software developer support because they might have a patch for you or a way for you to get it running
