Hi guys! I have got different problems on my PC for more than a week now...
I'm going to go about my problem in details, so please be patient with me, I'm trying to help YOU help me :)

My PC specs right now:
MOBO: MSI Z170A Gaming M7
CPU: i7 6700k 4.0 GHz
CPU COOLER: Corsair Liquid Cooler H110i 280mm (completely new)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 4x8 GB 2133 MHz DDR4
PSU: Corsair HX 850i W
GPU: 2 x GIGABYTE GTX 980 Ti in SLi mode
SSD: Samsung SSD 850 PRO 512 GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda(if I'm not mistaken) 2TB
PC Case: CoolerMaster Storm Stryker
Blu-Ray Drive: ASUS
Case Cooling: 3 out of the 4 case-pre-installed fans: 1x140 mm back-side fan
2x120 mm side/front fans
Monitor: Samsung UE28" 4K, 1-ms.

(I have built this system myself and it worked pretty nice for more than 11 months now, so I have an idea of how the wiring has to be done on it).

Before getting Corsair HXi PSU yesterday, I had a Thermaltake Toughpower Grand 1050W.
Everything started when I decided that it's time to clean the dust and reapply the thermal paste.
I cleaned it up, blowed the dust off and I reassembled the components back.

After that I couldn't start my PC at all. Pressing the power button would always give me 1 clicking noise coming from the PSU that lasted less than a second and then nothing happened.
After checking all the components, wiring and different forums more than 5 times I didn't find any solutions.
In the end I did the paperclip test on my PSU. Turns out my Thermaltake PSU was "a little" dead.

I bought the Corsair HXi series PSU yesterday, came home and plugged it in.
My back-side fan and CPU-radiator fans started spinning, the lights on mobo turned on just like the lights on both of my GPUs.
But, now I have got more problems!
1)Black screen on my monitor.
2)DEBUG CODE 00 on my MOBO.
3)PSU fan is not spinning, side fans are not spinning.
4)Case-power button LED is on, but the Fan-LED button is not and doesn't work at all.
5)As stated above Corsair H110i fans are working but the light on the head of the CPU cooler is not... which is more than odd...

What I have tried:
1)Unplugged the PSU cord from the socket and removed the cell battery from the MOBO for more than 20 seconds to reset the CMOS.
2)As stated earlier, double and triple checked the wiring.
3)Tried different power sockets to plug my PSU into.
4)Tried inserting my RAM Sticks 1 by 1 as stated in my mobo's user manual.

Guys, I'm really out of any ideas of what to do next!
Please, help me!

P.S.: English is my 3rd language. So, forgive me for any grammar mistakes or typos!

Solution

Turns out my MOBO was dead, but not totally. I mean that some of the things on my MOBO worked while others did not. So guys, first advice, to everyone who encounters the DEBUG CODE 00, then 99% your MOBO is dead, at least if it's a MSI MOBO...
Second advice, never buy a MSI board, the bios are awful on almost all of them, even the most expensive ones. Debug code 00 was not even explained in the manual, but, oh well...
Good luck to everyone! I hope your MOBO doesn't end like mine :)
Then how can you explain:
1)Half of the front panel is not working.
What I mean is, while all case cables are connected, my Power switch button is working perfectly, while 3 other buttons do not work: fan speed decrease and increase and fan led button which turns my case's led off or on.
Plus I have cables that are coming from my case to connect to my case fans. They are not working either.
And why everything got ruined even though there weren't any electricity prior or after cleaning my PC... Everything worked fine for 11 months, I cleaned the PC and now half of the front panel just stopped working.
2)Buzz speaker is not working either

Do you want to tell me that my CPU causes all of this? :/

Can I identify which of the 2 is it? Because my warranty can't be used for neither. I bought them while I was in Russia, now I live in Greece... Which one do I have to buy again? I hope it is the MOBO...
