Question Debug CPU on

This is my first build. Tried to make it easy by getting the Ryzen 5 3600 and matched with MSI GAMING MAX 450. Getting spinning fans but also debug led for cpu and no signal for monitor. Already tried battery removal, ram removal plug in unplug restarts seriously frustrated with this process

Did you plug the CPU 8pin Power connector?

Do you have a GPU?

What is your full system specs?

Yes plugged and replugged
No gpu using onboard graphics

Ryzen 5 3400 correction from above
MSI gaming max 450
2 16 ram Corsair vengeance
Audio card sound blaster
WiFi card
600w EVGA 80+ bronze

RAM inserted in the A2/B2 slots?

Remove the audio card. Remove the wifi card. Leave 1 RAM stick in DIMMA2.

Ok tried that and still cpu light on

Found pins bent on CPU. Going to ask for replacement and try again
