Debug LED Code "dd"

Hello,

I just got the below build and upon powering on the MoBo, the LED stucks at "dd".

Specs:

Intel Core i7 6700K
Gigabyte Z170 Gaming G1 (GA-Z170X)
MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti Gaming 6G
Corsair RM1000
Corsair H110i GTX
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8)

Can anyone please help.

Look at the manual that came with the motherboard, should have all the codes it gives out with a description of the problem it is trying to tell you.

I checked the manual and all LED combinations are mentioned except "dd"

If removing the RAMs and starting the board, what code getting?

Unplugged all connections from he mobo and took it out of the case and it worked somehow.
I put back again and again it worked.
No idea what was wrong.

Can anyone please help.

"DD" is a cpu_fan header error. Make sure you have the right fan plugged into the cpu fan header or at least make sure that the connection is all the way plugged in. Then restart. It just happened to me and that's what I did.
