Question debug led on startup, but goes away when i boot into windows

it doesnt STAY on, but is there anything wrong? (debug is on the ram and vga) (just replaced the ram)

If the LED's stuck on one or more components, then that's where the issue might be. A ram issue could also be an issue with the integrated memory controller.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? you should pass on the specs to your build in your thread's body, since sig space specs can and will change over time, rendering this thread moot to the end user in the same boat as you're in now.

If you're referring to the long POST process time, then that's something that AM5 platform is known to have/be.

Rx 6800 Xt Aorus master
Super flower Leadex Platinum SE 1000 Watt
NZXT Kraken X73
Nzxt H7, and 32Gb Lexar Thor DDR5

memtest showed no problems, i did 8 or 12 passes throughout the day

also, how do i diagnose if its a bad memory controller?
