Question Debug Light stays ON after PC shutdown

Mainboard: MSI Z370A Pro

When i power off my PC the "ez debug light" on the mainboard stays ON forever untill i plug the power cable.
It is a bit annoying...
During the PC is powered ON the debug light is off, which means i assume that everything is working fine.
But why does the light stay on after i power off the PC litteraly forever?
How can i disable the ez bug light or atleast disable it from being active when the PC is powered off?
Its a white light and was always only that colour

Ofcourse i did reasearch online first and checked the bios but i dont find anything about "ez debug light or, debug light"
I found LED option but only have to choice of blinking or normal mode and im certain this has nothing to do with the "ez debug light"

EZ Debug LED is a series of 4 LEDs that correspond to CPU,RAM,VGA,BOOT.

These LEDs indicate the status of key components during booting process. When an
error is occurred, the corresponding LED stays lit until the problem is solved.

During the boot process the LED is off. during pc power on the led is off. during pc powered off/shut down the LED stays on.

It has a white color, and stay on when pc fully powered off, what does this tell me exactly, any idea?
