When I turn my pc on it takes about 5-7 mins to boot up and 2 motherboard debug led lights go on.

Debug lights

The CPU one and DRAM are the active lights when I first boot my pc. However after the blackscreen on my monitor goes and my pc actually starts to boot into windows these lights go off. This has been an issue i've been ignoring for a long time since my pc still works fine after the long boot time. i've asked for help in other places and just been ignored so any help would be lovely, thank you.
