Debug to find type of NIC

I have used debug in 98 to find out what type of video card is installed, so I was wondering what the command was to find out that info for a network card. I have 2 cards that are not PNP and have no company name on them. So if someone could point me in the right direction.

do those card have an FCC number on them and if so you can go to there website and look up the maker of those cards

We'll they do have a sticker with a long string of numbers,
22d2b780e1cb 15013 748564-005 and they appear to be made in north america because it is stamped on the card "unlawful to export outside the us & canada" bla bla bla. Also appears to be an Intel chipset.
