December 2016 Build

Hey ! I've received a lot of help two years ago and was able to make a great build that worked fine
(left old build -> new build). I now have to make a second computer because I'll have to work in two different places for a few years (alternating) so I wanted to know If you could check if there are parts I need to upgrade.

Might be best to wait on the CPU/Mobo til next month.

Skylake $ might go down; Zen and Kaby Lake will debut, and Z270 motherboards will be out.
