Decent build for skylake?

For GTX 980 Ti SLI atleast 850 watts PSU is recommended. You're 100 watts short of the recommended wattage.

Overall other than that the build is ok.

Can't really do anything until you tell us what the PC is for. Is it for gaming? What games will you play? Will you be editing videos? What resolution are you going to play at?

The cooler is to small for amount of heat you will be generating from the i7-6700k and SLI 980 ti's get a Noctua D14 or larger.

Well the 16gb because I wont be upgrading for sometime. About 5 years. The cooler is fine because it will be changed in the future once I get more money for a liquid cooler that is sufficient but for now air will do fine. I can upgrade to a 850 but I think I will stick with the 750 for now and hope they release better power efficient gpus next year from nvidia that I can put sli so I can still hold on on buying the gpu

Oh my pc will be used for gaming and live streaming at the same time. Editing will be done on the larger scale like 4hr videos so half the reason I chose 16gb
