Decent computer for around $800

I am new to computer custom building. I need a new computer and can spend about $700 on a pc.
This is the computer overview I made on Cyberpowerpc :

CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-3220 3.30 GHz 3MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1155
HDD: 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD [+18] (Single Drive)
MEMORY: 4GB (2GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory (Corsair or Major Brand)
MOTHERBOARD: [CrossFireX] GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3H Intel B75 Chipset DDR3 mATX Mainboard w/ 7.1 HD Audio, HDMI, GbLAN, USB 3.0, SATA-III, 2x Gen2 PCIe x16 & PCI

I don't want a OS with the computer I already have an OS disk, it will save me $100. I believe I can just intall the OS cd nd than update all the drivers for the gpu nd stuff.
Can I play games like Crysis 3, Far cry 3, Battlefield 3 etc on high settings?

Forgot to mention the main thing..Is the above Computer worth $600? Should I change some of the components for better quality cause remeber I can still spend around $700-$800. I want the best computer for its Price..Suggestions PLz.

With that GPU, you won't see either of those games running on high. Maybe low? My advice is, stay away from Cyberpower, or any other prebuilt companies for that matter. Someone will change the components for you because that pc is def not worth $600 at all.. The motherboard is also bad. I recommend i3 3225 cpu as well, unless someone can fit an i5 in your budget.

Sorry to disappoint... that computer will barely run BF3 on medium graphics. I currently have a Sony S400 gaming laptop, i5-2450M dual core @ 2.3 GHz, 8 GB RAM @1600 MHz, Nvidia GT 520M 512 MB graphics card. I can play on low graphics settings at 25 fps... if I turn up the graphics, it's unplayable.

Here's a few tips - you want to play BF3 on high?
- get a better motherboard, you'll need it. What you were looking at was about $85. This one I found on TigerDirect for $100. It's an H77 chipset.

-spend the extra cash on a CPU! That's the part that you don't want to upgrade later! You won't want a dual core i3 to start off with! The exact one you were looking at was $145. - the RAM is ok, 4 GB is decent, and you can always add more later for $50. I personally prefer 8GB.... helps speed up other areas of your computer.
-the graphics card is about the best you can do for $90.... I personally would put money into a more modern card. I found the Nvidia GTX 650 Ti 2GB card for $160. It's much nicer than any of the GT series. Here's what I found:

yeah I will say that the computer you're looking at should go for $500 - $600. I assume you already have a monitor you plan to use? That would bring the price up a bit. BTW the parts I listed bring your computer up a total of $180, including the RAM upgrade.

Here's what you'd have:

i5-3470 @ 3.2 GHz 6MB cache LGA1155
Intel H77 motherboard
8 GB RAM @ 1600 MHz
Nvidia GTX 650 Ti 2GB graphics card
1 TB HDD SATA III

A better setup all around - $800 total.

No, that cyberpower machine isn't worth $600 at all. Take a peek at the $600 build in my sig for an idea of what you can get for that money. It includes a 3470 and a gtx660.

You could do way better for $800. Try starting with an Intel i5 and maybe using a 7870 XT. Then you will be playing games on max settings.
