I want to buy a fan controller to go on/into my case but I'm not sure which ones are good?

Probably no more than £50? I've got a corsair H60 water cooler and theres a wire for the fan and for the pump, would I have to plug the pump into it aswell?

By the way I have 4 fans and the water cooler pump.

If you have a small number of fans and a decent quality motherboard, you are probably best just using the motherboard fan headers and a splitter or two if required. It means on-the-fly adjustments aren't as easy but it's a great low budget solution.

If you do want to go with a controller, then I'd suggest having a look at Lampton as a brand. They have quite a few options in your price range, with various looks/features. I personally use a Lamptron FC9 which is pretty no-nonsense (no screen etc) but has tactile slider switches and coloured lighting.
NZXT do a bunch of Sentry fan controllers and the Bitfenix Recon is worth a look too.
